Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well\-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. **The Role** The candidate must have solid experience with traditional z/OS ALM tools, especially **Broadcom Endevor**, as well as knowledge of equivalent solutions such as **ChangeMan ZMF, BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline/ISPW, IBM Engineering Workflow Management**, or other lifecycle management platforms. The primary responsibility will be to define and facilitate the evolution toward modern models based on **Git, continuous integration, automated builds, testing, artifact management, and continuous deployment**, integrating mainframe applications into corporate DevSecOps pipelines. The role will act as a bridge between mainframe teams, distributed development, architecture, security, operations, and DevOps platforms. **Who You Are** ### **Essential Knowledge** * Solid experience in development, maintenance, or lifecycle management of IBM z/OS applications. * Practical experience with **Broadcom Endevor** or an equivalent mainframe ALM tool. * Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, PROCs, DB2, CICS, datasets, and batch processes. * Understanding of the mainframe component compilation, link\-edit, bind, promotion, and deployment lifecycle. * Experience with Git and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. * Ability to design hybrid pipelines interacting with both mainframe and distributed platforms. * Knowledge of scripting and automation using REXX, Python, Shell, Groovy, or equivalent languages. * Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, secret management, traceability, auditing, and segregation of duties. * Ability to collaborate with development, operations, security, architecture, and change management teams.
