The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing business by participating in acquiring new clients and defining new service models aligned with a growth strategy; collaborating closely with both the commercial team and the operations team. * Participating in defining the commercial and growth strategy for the business line, co\-defining—with operations and the commercial leadership—the service portfolio for assigned areas and the annual operational plan. * Managing commercial alliances and relationships with technology partners, particularly hyperscalers. * Collaborating in defining and managing the budget allocated to area activities, ensuring proper control and periodic tracking to meet targets. * Proactively participating in innovation initiatives within the area and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives, establishing synergies with other Business Lines across the company. * Marketing and Communications: Identifying and organizing events related to your business line(s), working closely with the company’s Marketing and Communications team. **To join our team, we expect you to have:** Extensive experience and knowledge in: * Management of cloud infrastructures and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) * Public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise infrastructures (data centers), and hybrid solutions. * Cloud migration and support for application transformation into cloud-native architectures, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless / FaaS. * Configuration of data and artificial intelligence support services. * Optimization of cloud services and infrastructures, FinOps. * Technology strategy and planning. * Acquisition and management of partner incentives and funding. A multidisciplinary profile: technical background with project leadership experience, combined with proven track record in business development and/or commercial leadership. * Strong leadership capability for multidisciplinary teams. * Initiative, empathy, excellent communication skills, and flexibility.
