We are currently looking to **hire** a **Junior Planning Engineer**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Preparation of production plans and time control for pending activities and processes. * Planning and prioritization of operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal delays. * Identification of process optimization opportunities: monitoring production levels and preparing schedules for remaining tasks. * Addressing issues when they arise, with the aim of minimizing impact on the established plan. * Collaboration and reporting on project status by work teams/departments. Analysis of final proposals and implementation of appropriate adjustments. * Resource management (human and material) within planning. * Periodic daily monitoring of project status and preparation of reports. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in Civil Engineering / Graduate in Civil or Industrial Engineering * Minimum English level C1 (knowledge of other languages is valued) * Minimum 3 years’ experience on construction sites (valuable) * Availability for international mobility. * Training will be provided in planning software: Primavera P6, MS Project, Synchro, and Tilos. * 6-month training program, extendable based on performance.
