If you want to join a "**Great Place to Work**" team, keep reading! **Job Description** -------------------------- We are looking to hire an **IT Business Analyst** specialized in ERP integrations—specifically with Sofico Miles. **Responsibilities:** Participate in identifying and documenting functional and technical integration requirements. Analyze the existing application landscape and understand system interdependencies. Document current interfaces and define future integration scenarios. Collaborate with Product Owners, integrators, and technical teams in defining solutions. Coordinate and collaborate with the testing team to prepare and execute test plans related to integrations. Validate deliverables from Sofico and ensure their correct functionality. Track integration status and report progress, risks, and blockers. **Requirements** -------------- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Minimum 2 years of experience deploying ERPs in international organizations or complex environments. Experience in complex technology projects covering analysis, design, implementation, and support. Ability to understand integration architectures and enterprise application ecosystems. Experience working with various corporate technologies (ERP, CRM, DMS, CMS, Workplace, ticketing systems, etc.). Ability to analyze AS\-IS environments and define TO\-BE scenarios.
