You will join a close-knit, positive work environment where autonomy, analytical capability, and business engagement are highly valued, with direct communication with management. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the definition and implementation of a robust, practical, and business-oriented reporting system, ensuring data quality and reliability of key KPIs. * Develop and evolve analytical and cost accounting to improve visibility into margins, profitability, and operational efficiency. * Conduct in-depth business analysis: budget monitoring, variance analysis, profitability by product lines, departments, and projects, identifying real levers for improvement (not just reporting). * Actively participate in improving information systems and management tools, adapting them to the company’s operational reality. * Collaborate with various departments across the company to understand their needs and transform data into actionable insights for decision-making. * Maintain direct communication with management, contributing to elevating the level of analysis and control across the organization. ### **Profile:** We seek a candidate with a solid financial background and strong business orientation, capable of going beyond raw data to deliver insightful analysis that supports decision-making. Someone structured and analytical, yet proactive, with independent judgment and ease in working cross-functionally across different departments. **Essential Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in controlling, management control, or financial analysis roles, with hands-on exposure to analytical and cost accounting, budget tracking, and margin and profitability analysis. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with data in a structured and reliable manner. * Experience participating in defining or improving reporting systems (KPIs, dashboards, etc.), financial or administrative processes, and ERP implementation or enhancement. * Solid knowledge of financial and analytical accounting. * Minimum English proficiency level B2\. * Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace.
