We are looking for a Quality Manager to ensure that new engineering developments meet regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements from design through industrialization, ensuring compliance with EN 9100, PECAL 2110, and aerospace/defense customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * *Participation in design milestones.* * *Definition of quality control plans for new engineering projects.* * *Supervision of EN9100 and PECAL 2110 requirements across development phases.* * *Ensuring traceability of technical and contractual requirements.* * *Supervising validation and testing plans.* * *Responsibility for RCAs related to design.* * *Risk management and leadership in FMEAs.* * *Technical quality liaison with customers.* * *Monitoring of development KPIs.* * *Preparation of required quality documentation. ##### **Required Education and Competencies** Level – Required academic degree: Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent List of additional desirable qualifications (master’s, specialization): * Training in quality management systems (standards 9001, 9100\) * High level of English proficiency. **Minimum Required Experience:** * 2–5 years as a Quality Engineer in an aerospace/industrial environment. ##### **Key Competencies:** * Technical rigor and analytical thinking. * Technical influence. * Preventive orientation. * Decision-making ability. * Structured communication.
