Requirements: : * Degree in Associate Degree in Welding and Boilermaking, Advanced Degree in Metallic Structures, Specialized Training in Welding Techniques and Blueprint Reading. * Desirable: Basic training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in energy, oil \& gas construction projects. * Proven track record in monitoring construction projects, ensuring HSE compliance, and supervising personnel. * Advanced blueprint reading and welding symbols interpretation. * Welding Processes \& WPS: Comprehensive knowledge of welding processes and strict compliance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). * Microsoft Office proficiency. * English \+A1/A2\. Location: * 100% on\-site in Cádiz, España. ###### **Welding Processes)** ###### **Personnel supervision** ###### **Ensuring compliance with regulations** ###### **Technical understanding** ###### **English** #### **Principal duties** * Ensure the successful completion of the production process, leveraging available resources to meet monthly workshop and area targets regarding deadlines, quality, cost, and working methods. * Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures, specifically regarding HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), Quality Assurance, plant operations, and active project guidelines. * Keep the line manager fully informed about project progress and daily operations, reporting any issues related to the production process, HSE, quality control, or employee disciplinary matters. * Ability to plan, organize, and execute small\-scale rigging operations. * Execute and supervise rework for non\-conforming activities in accordance with Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and repair procedures. **Why join DAPIN?** ------------------- * You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large\-scale change.
