Network and device administration We Are Seeking a Support Technician **Location:** Client's final office, Príncipe de Vergara (Madrid) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Support Technician to provide assistance to end users at our client’s Príncipe de Vergara offices, within an office and laboratory/clinical environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering both on-site and remote technical support, managing incidents, and performing equipment and system maintenance and configuration tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide remote and on-site technical support to users. * Install and configure Windows operating systems and corporate software. * Manage and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Perform basic network, peripheral, and connected device administration. * Document technical procedures and solutions. * Manage tickets via ticketing tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and microcomputing. * Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11\. * Experience administering Office 365\. * Incident management using ticketing tools. * Ability to resolve hardware and software incidents. * Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience providing technical support in corporate environments and with end users. * Knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls. * Experience with Aruba switches and access points. * Experience working in clinical/laboratory environments.
