Winning Consulting is seeking a **Process Optimization Specialist** to join a project for one of our multinational banking clients based in Madrid. Hybrid work model. **Responsibilities:** * Review newly implemented processes and identify optimization levers. * Document processes, workflows, and operational policies. * Measure and monitor performance KPIs before and after implemented improvements. * Propose innovative solutions. * Ensure adoption of new processes through training, communication, and follow-up. * Collaborate with technology teams to implement automations, systems, and digital tools. **Requirements:** * Over 5 years’ experience in Process Optimization Specialist roles or similar positions. * Experience in project management and in analyzing and identifying optimization levers in processes and integrations. * Proficiency in Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen methodologies. * Advanced English level (C1). ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
