Civil Works Project Manager

Description

Through our engineering firm P\&PD (ATS Global), we are selecting a Civil Works Project Manager to work for one of our clients — a major aerospace company headquartered in Ajalvir, Madrid. The engineer will provide multidisciplinary technical support by managing strategic projects covering civil works, energy efficiency, HVAC, electricity, and mechanical installations. The candidate will perform the following duties: * Participation in installation and infrastructure projects (civil works, energy, HVAC, electricity, etc.). Involvement in mini-projects and projects related to electrical capacity expansion, decarbonization, and building extension. * Coordination of new construction and renovation projects (major and minor works). * Design and supervision of foundations for industrial machinery. * Planning and execution of electrical installations, compressed air systems, and HVAC systems. * Preparation of Gantt charts and progress tracking using methodologies such as Kanban. * Drafting of technical specifications and support during commissioning of new equipment. * Collaboration with suppliers and internal multidisciplinary teams. * Participation in defining and continuously improving infrastructure investment processes. OFFERED: * Permanent contract through our engineering firm, P\&PD. * Full-time position. * Work modality: On-site at our client’s facilities in Ajalvir. * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in civil works and electrical projects. * Energy management and knowledge of industrial installations. * Development of technical specifications and contractor management. * Computer-aided design (CAD 2D and 3D). * Languages: English (intermediate level)
