Hipoges provides a wide range of asset management related services including: * Advisory services in the portfolio evaluation and acquisition process * Design of processes and implementation of management tools * Development of servicing solutions for different types of assets * Consulting department for portfolio acquisition operations and co-investment activities carried out in partnership with its clients. **Description** **1] BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION** The Boarding Department is a global team that coordinates, monitors, records, supervises and liaises with different areas on all activities related to portfolio onboarding and offboarding. The Advisor will provide cross-functional support to the Boarding and De-Boarding processes, ensuring operational coordination, deadline monitoring and effective liaison with all involved teams. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintenance, organization and management of Boarding process tracking files and updating of shared spaces with essential information; * Monitoring Boarding tasks across various teams, ensuring receipt of necessary information and timely updates; * Understanding of contracts associated with the Boarding process (SPA, PoAs, SA); * Monitoring and control of back-office tasks, including issuance of Hello Letters and data loading into systems; * Monitoring of De-Boarding processes, ensuring update of summary files and tracking portfolios no longer under our servicing; * Support in onboarding new portfolios, including identification of priorities, potential conflict points and coordination of deferred closings; * Identification of possible gaps in Boarding processes and proposal of improvements; * Participation in operational optimization and development projects; * Direct support to involved teams, ensuring deadline compliance and effective interdepartmental coordination. **Profile** **3] COMPETENCIES** * Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and ability to identify priorities; * Proactive attitude, autonomy and ability to work effectively with diverse teams; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel; * Previous experience in cross-departmental coordination roles is valued; * Languages: Spanish (native or fluent – mandatory); English (upper-intermediate). **4] QUALIFICATIONS** * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related fields; * Experience: Up to 3 years in administrative roles, operational coordination or positions requiring strong inter-team interaction (preferred).
