Public Procurement Implementation Consultant

Description

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant for our electronic public procurement solution, PLYCA. The candidate must hold a university degree in Computer Science and possess knowledge of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML, J2EE, XSL, and XML. Regarding databases, familiarity with Oracle, MySQL, and SQL is required. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and integrate into our PLYCA team within a complex and highly dynamic systems environment. Strong analytical, implementation, and application configuration capabilities are also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for day-to-day interactions are required. Experience in the field of electronic public administration—particularly in electronic public procurement solutions—as well as experience in consulting, installation, and training for electronic administration solutions will be highly valued. Familiarity with the Spanish Public Sector Contracts Law (Ley de Contratos del Sector Público) or its Consolidated Text (TRLCSP) will also be considered favorably.
