




**Administrative Accounting Technician** At Ikusi Tech, SLU located in Alcalá de Henares, we are looking for a dynamic individual eager to learn and continue advancing professionally, to work in the Administration Department. The candidate will perform key functions in administrative, tax, and financial management, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Review and accounting of operational invoices, fixed expenses, and personnel costs. * Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. * Bank reconciliations and review of accounting balances. * Knowledge of taxation (VAT, SII, IRPF, Corporate Income Tax, etc.). * Reporting internal control information on the Group's platform. * Comprehensive management of accounts receivable (invoice follow-up and resolution of issues, transfer settlements in the system, collaboration with Treasury for check deposits...). * Management of customer platforms, contracts, and confidentiality agreements (NDA). * Collaboration in external audits. * Updating information for credit and guarantee policy management. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Higher Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields / Technician in Administration and Finance. * **Experience:** Previous experience in a similar role. * **Knowledge:** * SAP. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * **Languages:** English at B2 level. **Conditions and benefits:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Competitive salary according to market standards and profile. * Flexible working hours. * Social benefits. * Training package (English and others). * Immediate incorporation. **Sector:** IT Services and Consulting.
