Job Request ID: 26473 Country: Spain Job Location: Ctra Torrejón\-Ajalvir, M\-108 km 4 Ajalvir, Madrid 28864 **Location**: Ajalvir **Area & Subarea**: MRO Engineering / Tooling **Reports to**: Tooling Design Manager **Objective**: Technical support to manufacturing and participation in testing activities (planning, execution, and documentation review) **Main Functions and Responsibilities**: Define tooling specifications considering requirements for operation, manufacturing \& maintenance in accordance with standards Apply ITP internal and other OEM procedures and instructions for design and validation process including use of NX, SAP and TeamCenter tools/MRP. Attend to queries and meetings, internal and external, regarding tooling. Provide support to other company areas related to tooling, Techpub, Materials, Technical support, Order administration, etc. Develop tooling documentation: OMSD, RA, SR, etc. Technical support to manufacturing and participation in testing activities (planning, execution, and documentation review) **Required Profile**: - Desirable knowledge in electrical/electronic tooling - Advanced/fluent English writing/listening/speaking skills - Understanding of manufacturing processes - Project management knowledge and understanding of sequencing, priority setting, and critical path analysis - Understanding of manufacturing processes - Understanding of aerospace materials and related standards. - Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and ERP (CAD, CAM, SAP, Technical Publications, Siemens Team Center, etc.) is desirable. - Knowledge of common IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and ERP SAP. - Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. - Willingness to learn and develop within team work in a cross\-functional team. - Self\-organized and focused, yet adaptive and able to prioritize in order to handle multiple projects and competing priorities during normal business operations. - Knowledge of model based definition. **Education**: Aerospace Engineer.
