**Job Description**

**Position Mission**
Ensure control, monitoring, and proper management of the company's variables, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, internal procedures, and established quality standards, as well as supporting decision-making through periodic analysis and reporting of information.
**Main Responsibilities**
Manage, archive, and keep up to date the documentation required within the department for proper operational execution, ensuring traceability, availability, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and monitor commercial and labor variables defined in procedures and work instructions, verifying their correct implementation and recording.
Coordinate and monitor internal validation and approval workflows, ensuring that files and associated variables are properly documented, reviewed, and authorized.
Prepare monthly monitoring and control reports addressed to Management and Management Control, including key performance indicators, deviation analysis, and improvement proposals.
Coordinate with various involved departments to ensure consistency and quality of managed information.
Maintain up-to-date control dashboards, databases, and tracking tools used by the department.

Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Prior experience in administrative control, management control, back-office, or document tracking roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Office tools.
Analytical ability and attention to detail.
Organizational skills, planning capability, and results orientation.
