STEF is seeking a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to join its Human Resources Department. This is a technical position within the In-House Prevention Service, where you will coordinate (at assigned delegations in the northern region) all activities related to the safety and health of employees. **Your Mission:** * Conduct risk assessments and preventive planning for work positions. * Prepare follow-up reports on preventive plans, liaising with Operations Management and centers. * Develop emergency plans and conduct drills. * Investigate workplace accidents. * Coordinate the third-party-managed platform for corporate activities. * Coordinate with the External Prevention Service (SPA) regarding contracted specialties. * Liaise with the workers’ compensation insurer. * Manage legal compliance audits. * Prepare the annual report on preventive activities. * Participate in Safety and Health Committee meetings at assigned delegations. **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor’s Degree / University Degree / Diploma / Higher Engineering or Technical Degree. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety covering the specialties of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics & psychosociology. * Proven experience conducting technical occupational health and safety evaluations. * Senior-level profile. * Availability to travel to assigned workplaces. **What Sets Us Apart?** Being an Occupational Health and Safety Technician at STEF means being at the heart of the action.
