




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and manage a team of home care assistants, ensuring user well-being and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitors the team and resolves incidents We seek a person to manage and coordinate the home care assistant team in Arganda del Rey. The main mission is to organize daily work, supervise proper fulfillment of users' needs, and guarantee their well-being and satisfaction with the service. Typical duties include maintaining contact with municipal social services, conducting initial visits to new users together with the assigned assistant, monitoring team performance, and resolving any incidents arising during service delivery. The role also includes preparing work schedules for staff under supervision. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. Immediate incorporation is required, and the position offers flexibility to adapt to the selected candidate’s needs. Work takes place at the office located in Arganda del Rey, managing service areas across the Community of Madrid. * Diploma/Degree in Social Work. * Minimum two years’ experience performing duties of equal or similar nature to those described is desirable. * Specific training in gerontology and dependency is recommended. * Attendance at training courses related to this field, as well as complementary training on promoting equality, will be positively considered.
