**Your Mission**
Prepare catering and cafeteria meals while ensuring hygiene and food safety of facilities and products, following instructions from the Coordinator, current legal regulations, and established procedures—aiming to achieve departmental objectives, guarantee product quality, and foster labor integration of people with disabilities.
**Your Responsibilities**
* Prepare menu items and organize meal components for the following day.
* Supervise and support staff with disabilities in their daily tasks.
* Collect and label food samples, ensuring continuity of the food safety cycle.
* Resolve and escalate any incidents arising during service.
* Coordinate, train, and supervise assigned support staff.
* Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, ensuring facility hygiene.
**What We Offer**
* Indefinite-term contract or contract 430 for persons with disabilities.
* Immediate incorporation.
* Annual gross salary between €19,000 (paid in 14 installments), subject to evaluation during the hiring process.
* Full-time schedule, afternoon shift from 11:00–19:00.
* Work location: Vicálvaro.
**Requirements:**

* Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Cooking and Gastronomy or equivalent.
* Food Handler’s Certificate.
* Preferably, prior experience and knowledge in this field (minimum one year).
* Valid official disability certificate.
* Immediate availability.
