We are seeking a Product Owner with a technical background and experience in Agile environments to join an international project within the security and communications sector. The selected candidate will work closely with development and business teams, leading functional product management and ensuring the proper evolution of solutions related to communication channels and signal reception systems. We seek a profile with strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and leadership skills, accustomed to dynamic and highly collaborative environments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Translate business needs into requirements for development teams. \- Manage and maintain the Product Backlog following Agile principles and the DEEP criteria. \- Refine User Stories together with the Scrum Team, ensuring INVEST criteria. \- Define and prioritize the product’s functional and technical roadmap. \- Coordinate continuously with the Scrum Master and development team. \- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. \- Accept or reject Sprint deliverables jointly with the Scrum Master. \- Resolve functional questions and provide ongoing support to the technical team. \- Ensure balance between functional and technical requirements within the backlog. \- Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between business and technology. \- Collaborate on projects involving complex integrations via REST APIs and JSON. REQUIREMENTS 1\. Experience: \- More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Functional Analyst, or similar role. \- Prior experience in software development projects. \- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. \- Experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and building product roadmaps. \- Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. \- Experience in projects with high user dependency, preferably in corporate environments. \- Experience with integrations using REST services, JSON, and RESTful APIs. 2\. Technical Knowledge: \- Technical background in software development. \- Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies. \- Prior experience with Java is desirable. \- Experience in environments where AI is applied to processes and automation. \- Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. \- Key Competencies: \- Leadership and influence capabilities. \- Strong communication skills. \- Proactive and autonomous profile. \- Organizational and prioritization skills. \- Collaborative mindset and goal orientation. \- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. \- Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation. 3\. Education: \- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. \- Languages: English at minimum B2 level.
