Within our recognition department, we are looking for an **Academic Specialist in the ECTS Recognition Area**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Conduct preliminary and final recognition studies for both Bachelor's and Master's degrees * Primarily support the Admissions team in addressing questions and reviewing preliminary studies performed by the entire team * Establish smooth communication channels with specialists from the recognition area and academics from various Faculties * Make explanatory calls about recognition studies to prospective students, assisting advisors as needed to convert leads into enrollments * Improve internal communication with other departments and participate in training sessions regarding any changes in study evaluation criteria **What are we looking for?** * Experience in administrative roles with a commercial focus * University degree required * Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel) * Desired competencies: agile, organized, solution-oriented person with excellent communication skills.
