We are committed to a policy that effectively manages all aspects of health, safety, protection and wellbeing across all SYSTRA companies, workplaces and other parties affected by our operations. In this context, we are seeking a 3S Technician for our SYSTRA Iberia and Latin America organisation. This is a cross-functional role supporting all SYSTRA IBA entities and reporting hierarchically to SYSTRA’s 3S Manager. Additionally, it collaborates with and provides ad-hoc support to the Quality Department.
Missions/Main Duties :
* Support the implementation and monitoring of the *3S Management System* in projects and workplaces, in accordance with Group policies, procedures and guidelines.
* Collaborate in verifying compliance with *3S* standards in the field, through inspections, walkthroughs, preventive observations and checklists.
* Support the development, updating and control of *3S* documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, records, matrices and reports.
* Support hazard identification, risk assessment and definition of control measures prior to commencement of activities.
* Participate in tracking action plans arising from inspections, audits, incidents, observations and legal assessments.
* Monitor and record *3S* non-conformities, follow up on their timely closure and report their status to the 3S Manager.
* Support incident, accident, near-miss and unsafe act/condition investigations, collecting evidence, records and data for analysis.
* Prepare periodic *3S* reports and indicators, consolidating performance data, findings, training records, incidents and plan compliance.
* Collaborate in scheduling, logistics and delivery of *3S*-related training sessions, inductions, safety talks and awareness campaigns.
* Support internal communications to strengthen the safety, health and protection culture at all organisational levels.
* Verify in the field the proper use of personal protective equipment, signage, work permits, operational controls and safety conditions.
* Support review of applicable legal requirements regarding safety, health and protection, maintaining updated records and documentary evidence.
* Collaborate in preparation for internal and external audits, client or authority inspections and *3S* compliance reviews.
* Support organisation of *3S* drills, campaigns, events and workshops, including attendance tracking, materials, evidence and reporting.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of incidents, inspections, training, corrective actions, observations and other *3S* records.
* Support the 3S Manager in preparing presentations, executive reports, trend analyses and documentation for committees, tenders or project reviews.
* Collaborate with contractors, supervisors and operational staff to promote daily compliance with *3S* requirements.
* Promptly report to the 3S Manager any unsafe condition, critical non-compliance or situation posing risks to personnel, facilities or operations.
* Support monitoring and tracking of *3S* requirements imposed on contractors and subcontractors.
* Participate in field visits, operational meetings and safety walkthroughs, identifying findings and opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to continuous system improvement by proposing preventive and corrective actions based on findings and monitoring results.
* Support SYSTRA IBA’s Quality Department.
Profile/Skills :
* Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar sectors such as engineering and construction
* Operational experience—not office-based only
* English level C1 desirable
