**Description:** ---------------- Servinform, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services company, is hiring a team of call center agents for a fixed-term project to inform and advise self-employed workers regarding a procedure related to their social security contribution regime. * Main responsibilities: * Providing information about the approval of a new law. * Answering incoming calls. * Resolving basic inquiries. * Recording activities in the system. WE OFFER: * TEMPORARY contract for 1 month * Start date: 24/07 * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday * Fixed working hours: 8:30–17:30 or 9:30–18:30 * Salary: €17,139 gross/year (€1,428.25 gross/month) * ONLINE training: 20/07 and 21/07, from 9:00 to 12:00 h. * Collective agreement: Contact Center. Category: Call Center Agent. * PRESENTIAL position * Location: Avenida de los Premios Nobel 37, \*Torrejón de Ardoz\*.
