Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze processes, translate business needs into technical specifications, and collaborate within Agile teams. Only practical solutions. **What You’ll Do** * Gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops * Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement * Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team * Create process diagrams and workflow diagrams using **Visio** or similar tools * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following **Agile** methodologies * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management **What We’re Looking For** **Requirements:** * 3\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst * University degree in Administration, Systems, or related field * Knowledge of **Agile** and **SDLC** methodologies * Experience with **Jira**, **Confluence**, or similar tools * Ability to document processes and create clear diagrams * Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English * Work authorization in Spain (EU) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **SQL** for data analysis * CBAP or PMI\-PBA certification * Knowledge of the financial, healthcare, or technology sector Salary: €40,000.00\-€50,000.00 per year Work Location: Periodic travel
