This position focuses on the distribution and delivery of goods within the city of Madrid, forming a key part of the logistics chain. Main responsibilities include planning efficient routes to ensure orders reach their destinations within agreed timeframes, as well as providing direct customer service during delivery to resolve any issues immediately. The contract offered is temporary. In addition to delivery tasks, the role involves participating in warehouse operations: loading and unloading vehicles, organizing goods to optimize space, and maintaining order in the facilities. It is also necessary to verify delivery notes and manage required documentation to ensure everything is correct. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability, as traffic conditions and logistics demands change daily. The ability to work autonomously—making decisions about optimal routes—is highly valued, while also collaborating with the team and supervisor to report incidents and improve procedures. A valid and up-to-date driver's license is required, with a minimum of 8 points available to legally and safely perform driving duties. Prior experience in delivery or logistics-related tasks—or in roles involving practical handling of goods—is essential. Knowledge of traffic regulations and the ability to efficiently operate a delivery vehicle in urban environments will be considered a strong advantage.
