Provide hardware and software support to end users within a defined region (cluster-based work). Provide remote support outside working hours for critical business issues (e.g., server failure). Make decisions and take necessary actions to resolve issues. Prioritize issues according to business needs and know when and how to escalate an issue. Perform preventive maintenance and system monitoring to identify and prevent potential business disruptions. Manage IT equipment inventory.
