




Job Responsibilities * Assist residents with daily hygiene, personal grooming, and dressing. * Support meal intake and monitor hydration. * Assist with transfers (bed-to-chair), ambulation, and postural changes to prevent pressure ulcers. * Collaborate with the nursing team in administering prescribed medications and monitoring vital signs. * Promote resident autonomy and participate in cognitive and social stimulation activities. Requirements **Mandatory Qualification:** Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Assistance for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. **Experience:** Prior work experience in residential care facilities or with persons with disabilities. **Skills:** Empathy, patience, teamwork ability, and excellent interpersonal skills. **Availability:** Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays during morning shifts from 7:10 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. What We Offer? * Salary: According to the applicable collective agreement. * A professional, warm, and mutually supportive work environment.
