We offer you the opportunity to work during the summer months as support for our colleagues in the Health\-Social division in Parla. What are we looking for? As you know, by joining our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge in center facilities. We are currently seeking a Cook/Cookess (Elderly Care) to support centers in the Parla area during summer vacation coverage. Responsibilities Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Proven experience as a cook/cookess for at least 2 years, preferably in collective catering or similar environments. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and/or workplace hygiene standards (APPCC). Ability to work efficiently and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced work environment. Problem-solving skills and strong communication ability. Personal vehicle and/or availability to commute to the workplace. Teamwork orientation. Flexible availability for working hours. ### **Offered** Temporary contract for summer vacation coverage, with possibility of extension. Morning and/or afternoon shifts according to schedule (Monday to Sunday, with two days off). Full-time position. Annual gross salary of €1,424.
