Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for a pharmaceutical laboratory in Lliçà de Vall, performing tasks in a sterile area, producing injectables, and ensuring compliance with GMP. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with strict manufacturing standards (GMP) A position is available in Lliçà de Vall at a pharmaceutical laboratory within the sterile area. Main tasks are carried out in classified areas, with strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. The candidate will join the production team and participate in the manufacturing of injectable and other sterile products. This includes washing and filling cartridges and ampoules using appropriate equipment and following product-specific operating procedures. All in-process controls must be performed and recorded according to manufacturing guidelines, ensuring traceability and quality. Cleaning of equipment, rooms, and facilities within classified areas must also be performed and documented, maintaining hygiene standards. Personnel gowning protocols, personal hygiene, and material and personnel flow procedures must be strictly followed to prevent contamination. Additional responsibilities include sterilizing filter validation for products—a critical activity for sterility—as well as correct labeling and identification of boxes containing semi-finished materials. The working environment is industrial and highly regulated, where precision and strict procedural adherence are fundamental. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting. Candidates must have training in chemistry or hold an official certification in pharmaceutical product manufacturing and related fields. Prior experience level is not specified as an exclusive requirement.
