If coordinating teams, supervising work, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations motivates you… this is your opportunity! **WORKSHOP MANAGER** Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will be the key figure in daily workshop management, working fixed shifts and maintaining constant on-site presence, ensuring coordinated, efficient, and service-need-aligned team performance. **Your Mission** Lead daily workshop operations by organizing the team and guaranteeing that tasks are executed correctly, on time, and to the required quality standards, ensuring fleet availability. **What will you do daily?** * Directly coordinate the team of mechanics, bodywork technicians, and painters during your shift, assigning tasks and performing continuous follow-up. * Supervise workshop work execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Resolve operational incidents in real time, making agile decisions. * Ensure order, organization, and proper daily functioning of facilities. * Maintain fluid communication with traffic control to adjust priorities according to service needs. * Ensure compliance with work standards, productivity, and safety requirements. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Level II or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Automotive Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ workshop experience, including prior experience as a mechanic and progression into coordination roles. * Experience with commercial vehicles (trucks and/or buses) is highly valued. * Operational profile accustomed to direct supervision and daily team coordination. * Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and hands-on leadership. * Driving license B (D license is a plus). * Advanced office software proficiency **What do we offer?** * Integration into a solid and growing business group. * A stable position with direct responsibility for workshop operations. * A dynamic environment where your work delivers immediate impact. * Opportunities for development and continuous training. * We seek someone who wants to make a difference in the daily operations of a key workshop.* *If this is you, we want to meet you!*
