If you want to be part of the logistics transformation at a leading international company and work on strategic projects for warehouse digitalization and optimization, this opportunity is for you! **WHAT YOU WILL BRING** -------------------- The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions across Fluidra’s international operations. This role will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring efficient, scalable, and standardized warehouse processes that support the global supply chain transformation. The position reports to the Global Distribution Projects Manager and collaborates closely with international Supply Chain, IT, and external partner teams. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------------- ### **Implementation and Projects** * Participate in global SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades across distribution centers. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP EWM solutions aligned with global standards. * Configure and adapt SAP EWM to support operational needs and process standardization. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), documentation, and training for key users. ### **Operations and Support** * Provide functional support for SAP EWM in daily operations, ensuring system stability and performance. * Manage incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical teams and external partners. * Monitor warehouse processes and their integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). * Ensure data quality and system integrity across logistics flows. * Serve as the point of reference for end users, promoting adoption and best practices. ### **Continuous Improvement and Innovation** * Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. * Support automation and digitalization initiatives (RF, voice picking, automated warehouse systems). * Analyze logistics KPIs and translate insights into action plans. * Contribute to the evolution of Fluidra’s global logistics standards and EWM templates. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** ------------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. ### **Experience** * 3–5 years of experience with SAP EWM (implementation and/or support). * Experience in warehouse and logistics environments. * Participation in at least one end\-to\-end SAP EWM implementation project. * International and multi\-site experience is highly valued. ### **Competencies** * Solid knowledge of SAP EWM configuration and warehouse processes. * Understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules (MM, SD, PP). * Knowledge of end\-to\-end logistics processes: inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound. * Experience with RF technologies and warehouse automation (desirable). * Analytical mindset and strong problem\-solving skills. * Results\-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. * Communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in international and cross\-functional teams. * Proactive, solution\-oriented, and adaptable profile. * High level of English (mandatory); Spanish or other languages are a plus. **WHAT WE OFFER** -------------------- * Professional development opportunities within a global industry leader. * Involvement in strategic digital transformation projects in Supply Chain. * A dynamic and collaborative international environment. * HQ location with global interaction. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. **ABOUT FLUIDRA** ----------------- Fluidra is a global leader in the swimming pool and wellness sector, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance water-related experiences.
