You will be fully responsible for negotiating and acquiring supplies and services, as well as maintaining and supervising the group’s facilities, ensuring cost optimization and compliance with operational quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Procurement and Supplier Management: Procurement cycle: Manage the entire acquisition process for services and supplies (requesting quotations, comparative analysis of offers, negotiation, award recommendation and follow-up). Supplier qualification and relationship management: Identify, evaluate and maintain up-to-date documentation and information on suppliers. Negotiation: Agree on pricing, payment terms, delivery/execution timelines, warranties and service-level agreements (SLAs). Contractual oversight: Monitor purchase orders, incidents, expirations, renewals and conditions of active contracts. Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or operational continuity. General Services and Facilities Management: Auxiliary services: Coordinate and supervise general services (maintenance, cleaning, courier services, supplies, etc.). Infrastructure maintenance: Ensure proper upkeep of workshops, offices and industrial buildings within the group. Construction and renovation works: Coordinate with external suppliers the execution of maintenance, repair, adaptation or renovation works, participating in their planning and monitoring. Quality and control: Monitor deadlines, costs and quality of contracted work, managing any operational incidents. Financial Control, Compliance and Reporting: Budgets: Collaborate in the preparation, control and monitoring of assigned budgets. Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procurement procedures and compliance regulations. Reporting: Prepare reports, supplier comparisons, cost analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs). ### **Requirements** Academic Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Service Management or related fields. Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in equivalent roles involving procurement, supplier negotiation, general services management or facility maintenance. Proven experience in requesting and comparatively analyzing quotations, as well as managing and controlling contracts for supplies and auxiliary services (maintenance, cleaning, etc.). Direct budget handling and rigorous cost control. Technical Knowledge and Tools: Proficient use of ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Competencies and Skills: Management capability: Strong ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects autonomously. Interpersonal skills: Excellent negotiation, communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities. Professional profile: Results-oriented, meticulous in execution, solution-focused and collaborative. Preferred qualifications: Language proficiency: Intermediate or advanced level of English and/or French. Prior experience in multi-site companies (with multiple workplaces or branches). Technical knowledge of industrial facility maintenance, construction and renovation execution. Specific experience in supplier evaluation and qualification processes. Familiarity with internal procurement procedures and compliance regulations.
