You support our team as IT SERVICE LEAD \- CLOUD DATACENTER (F/M/D) Responsibilities * Design and implement scalable and secure Azure datacenter solutions while optimizing resources and costs using Azure monitoring and governance tools * Manage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers, and Firewalls * Support the network team in defining and maintaining segmentation and firewall rules * Administer and maintain on\-premises server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and manage virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper\-V, or Azure Stack HCI * Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity, ensuring effective backup and disaster recovery strategies * Design and manage hybrid cloud architectures integrating on\-premises and Azure workloads, including Azure Arc implementation * Implement and maintain unified security controls across hybrid environments using Azure Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra ID * Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and compliance audits aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST * Lead cloud and datacenter projects, including deployments, migrations, and upgrades, collaborating with cross\-functional teams * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep Qualifications * Proven experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and datacenter operations as well as strong knowledge of Azure services: Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, and Monitoring * Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and connectivity solutions * Hands\-on experience with on\-premises server administration and virtualization platforms * Familiarity with infrastructure\-as\-code and automation tools (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, Ansible) * Understanding of cloud and hybrid security principles and Azure\-native security tools * Experience with monitoring and performance tuning in cloud and virtualized environments * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent communication and documentation abilities * Collaborative mindset with a focus on service excellence * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ\- 305\) * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\) * Very good English and Spanish skills The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
