You will have the opportunity to join the most innovative companies, offering cutting-edge projects in fields such as R\+D, automotive, pharma, machinery design, product development, etc. We are seeking a ***Quality Engineer in the printing, packaging, and/or manufacturing machinery sector*** to join the team of one of our main clients, an international company founded in 1970 and a leader in manufacturing printing machinery for the label, flexible packaging, carton, security printing, commercial printing, and pharmaceutical leaflet markets, among others. **What will you do? Your main responsibilities will include:** Reporting directly to the company's CEO, you will be responsible for: * Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes for machine manufacturing and maintenance. * Measuring parts, comparing them against drawings, returning defective parts, and documenting non-conformities. * Collaborating with production, R\+D, and service teams to resolve quality issues. * Inspecting components, subassemblies, and finished machines to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. * Identifying, documenting, and analyzing quality problems, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. * Preparing quality reports and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. * Supporting supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and establishing quality agreements. **Benefits you will enjoy at your workplace**: * Direct and permanent contract with the end client. * Stable project. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Work model: on-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Competitive salary negotiable according to the candidate's experience and knowledge. REQUIREMENTS **Essential:** * Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. * Solid knowledge of **quality standards** (**ISO 9001**, **Six Sigma**, **Lean Manufacturing**, etc.). * 3 to 5 years of experience in **quality engineering**, preferably in the **printing machinery**, **packaging**, or **manufacturing** sectors. * Practical experience with **inspection tools**, **quality control software**, and **testing methods**. * Analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Highly desirable: * Knowledge of **regulations** and **safety standards** in machinery manufacturing will be valued.
