### **Description** A leading technology company specializing in IT solutions, infrastructure, and managed services is seeking to hire a **CCTV Technician** to strengthen its technical team. The company participates in projects for clients across various sectors, delivering video surveillance, access control, and electronic security solutions—with a strong focus on service quality and innovation. What will be your mission? You will join the operations and installation team, taking responsibility for commissioning, maintaining, and supporting electronic security systems—ensuring the proper functioning of our clients’ infrastructures. Responsibilities * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP and analog CCTV systems. * Configuration and administration of recorders (NVR/DVR) and video surveillance cameras. * Installation and maintenance of access control and intrusion detection systems. * Remote and on-site diagnosis and resolution of incidents. * Basic network configuration (switches, IP addressing, VLANs, and connectivity). * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Preparation of technical documentation and intervention reports. * Coordination with project and support teams to ensure proper installation execution. * Client-facing support during interventions, delivering professional and high-quality service. Required Qualifications * Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Microcomputer Systems, Telecommunications, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** installing and maintaining video surveillance systems. * Knowledge of: * + IP CCTV. + NVR and DVR. + TCP/IP networks. + Structured cabling and fiber optics. + Access control systems. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability for occasional travel within Catalonia. Desirable * Experience with manufacturers such as **Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, or Bosch**. * Knowledge of intrusion detection systems (Ajax, DSC, Honeywell, Galaxy, etc.). * Manufacturer certifications in electronic security. * Basic knowledge of Windows Server and virtualization. * Experience working in technology integration or electronic security companies.
