




DESCRIPTION **We are looking for a person to manage raw material procurement** Are you passionate about planning, supply challenges, and working as a team to ensure everything flows on time? In our **Purchasing** department, we are looking for someone like you: organized, solution-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment. **Your mission** To effectively manage the procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely, high-quality, and sustainable supply with optimized costs. **Your main responsibilities** **1\. Procurement and strategic planning** * Establish a purchasing plan aligned with production planning, avoiding stockouts. * Maintain optimal inventory levels, considering lead times, expiration dates, and obsolescence risks. * Integrate sustainability and traceability criteria into sourcing decisions. * Balance order deliveries throughout the month, avoiding accumulations. **2\. Order and supplier management** * Issue, track, and monitor purchase orders, confirmations, and deliveries. * Anticipate and communicate potential delays to Purchasing and Production, proposing solutions. * Implement strategies to prevent obsolete or excessive inventory. **3\. Contract and content management** * Monitor contracts and provide alerts regarding their expiration. * Collaborate with buyers in entering quotations into SAP. * Review and ensure quotations are up to date before generating purchase orders. **4\. Cross-functional coordination** * Act as the link between Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse. * Contribute to improving internal processes related to procurement. **5\. Import management** * Manage imports of raw materials and customs service providers. * Negotiate the best conditions based on incoterms. * Collaborate in container consolidation with international suppliers.
