Join our team as HSE Expert ESP\-Montornés del Vallés Take advantage of this new opportunity offered by HARTMANN in the **HSE department**, within the Adult Incontinence plant team. **Responsibilities** * You will be responsible, together with the department leader, for ensuring legal compliance regarding Safety, Health, and Environment at the plant. * You will serve as the main contact point for suppliers and contracted services regarding occupational health and safety, as well as the primary liaison with inspectors or officials from regulatory bodies. * You will define objectives, plans, and strategies to achieve the conditions, capabilities, and organizational culture necessary to deliver expected HSE results. * You will develop the HSE training plan for the entire organization. * You will lead the daily management of the plant’s incident analysis systems, risk prediction, and risk assessment. * You will lead the plant’s preparation for HSE certifications (ISO14001, OHS, etc.), as well as responses to inspection or audit requirements related to HSE. * You will manage the plant’s waste management program. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, etc.), Environmental Sciences, or similar. * Master's or Official Postgraduate Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. * At least 3 years of proven experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician in an **industrial or manufacturing environment**. * Solid knowledge of current legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention (Law 31/1995, RD 39/1997, and specific regulations for the industrial sector). * Advanced level of English. * Advanced skills in using office software tools.
