At Capgemini’s Agile Delivery Center, we are looking for a Tech Lead Java to join our ADCenter — a specialized center for agile and cloud-native software development serving European clients. You will participate in a long-term project for a flagship client in the French public sector, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and international environment focused on modern technologies. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- As a Tech Lead Java, you will participate in the design and development of backend solutions, providing technical leadership to the team while working in an agile and international environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, make technical decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, design patterns, and development processes. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Minimum 5 years of experience working on large-scale projects and Java 8+ development. * Minimum 5 years of experience with Spring Boot. * Ideally, experience in Microservices architecture. * Experience leading technical teams using agile methodologies. * Involvement and oversight across all phases of the software development lifecycle. * Git & CI/CD (Jenkins, Travis, GitLab, TeamCity, etc.). * Strong communication skills. * Intermediate/advanced level of English.
