Evolve, deploy, and maintain SaaS software Backend Tech Lead **About the Position:** We are seeking a Backend Tech Lead to lead the development of an internationally scaled software project in the healthcare sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical mentoring to the development team. * Design and define application and service architecture. * Evolve, deploy, and maintain our software in SaaS mode. **Essential Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Java Spring Boot (demonstrable experience as a senior backend developer for at least 5 years). * Experience developing with TDD and applying sound programming practices (clean code, SOLID, automated testing) within development methodologies (agile or similar). * Experience with CI/CD on GitHub and GitHub Actions. * Prior experience leading teams or projects for at least 2 years. * High level of English (reading technical documentation and communication). * Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns. * Technical leadership capability and effective communication skills. **Highly Desirable:** * Experience developing HIS systems or healthcare applications. * Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR, DICOM). * Experience in designing, administering, and optimizing PostgreSQL/MariaDB databases in high-availability environments. * Experience with Docker. * Experience with NoSQL databases. * Demonstrable experience with AI.
