You will serve as the direct point of contact with our users, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience and receives the solutions they need. Your main responsibilities will include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about our products and services. It will be essential to understand each customer’s needs to guarantee their satisfaction. You will manage complaints empathetically, always seeking the most appropriate solution. You will also collaborate with other departments to improve internal processes and the overall customer experience. Maintaining detailed records of each communication in our system will be an important part of your daily work, enabling us to track interactions and enhance our services. A strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are required. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, functional knowledge of CRM tools, and proficient use of Microsoft Excel are required.
