Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage weighing operations, logistics control and documentation, as well as carrier reception. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages weighing operations and essential logistics control for traceability. 2. Handles transportation documentation, including dangerous goods (ADR). 3. Interacts with carriers and ensures compliance with safety requirements. The candidate will join the team to assume key responsibilities in weighing and logistics management. Main duties include supervising and recording the entry and exit of cargo vehicles—both general-purpose and tankers—using an electronic weighbridge. This control is essential for detailed tracking of materials and products, ensuring efficiency and traceability in every movement. Additionally, the role involves managing all logistics documentation. This includes preparing and handling delivery notes, waybills, and all paperwork required for goods transportation, with special attention to dangerous goods (ADR). It is critical to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with current regulations. You will also serve as the primary contact person for carriers visiting the facility. This entails welcoming them, verifying compliance with safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and communicating internal safety guidelines. All relevant information must be accurately recorded in the management system. The ideal candidate is organized, highly detail-oriented, and capable of strictly following safety protocols. Temporary contract. Minimum education requirement: Compulsory Secondary Education. Prior experience in similar roles—weighbridge operator, logistics, or reception in industrial environments—is desirable. Proficiency in computer tools—including Excel, SAP, or specialized weighing software—is required. Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations is highly valued. We seek an organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work rigorously within strict safety protocols. Completion of a forklift operator training course is considered an advantage.
