Description

The position focuses on operating and supervising specialized industrial machinery for metal component pressing. This includes preparing and feeding raw materials, as well as continuously monitoring machine parameters to ensure an optimal and safe manufacturing process. The operator is responsible for verifying that produced parts meet established standards through basic dimensional checks and visual quality inspections. Additionally, this role requires constant vigilance to detect any anomalies or deviations in production, reporting them immediately according to established protocols. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area is essential, as is performing basic preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability. The selected candidate will work in a structured industrial environment where safety is an absolute priority, strictly adhering to all established hygiene and protection regulations. This is a position with a clear and defined work cycle, fundamental to the production line. Comprehensive initial training is provided to familiarize candidates with the plant’s specific processes, followed by ongoing training to update technical and safety knowledge. The work environment is technological, oriented toward efficiency and consistent production of high-quality components for the industrial sector. The employment contract will be governed by the provisions of the Metal Sector Collective Agreement. The base salary will be as stipulated in said agreement, supplemented by a specific allowance for night work. Onboarding includes complete initial training on processes and machinery, as well as continuous training throughout the employee’s tenure at the company for professional development. The work environment is characterized by the use of advanced technology and structured procedures. Secondary Education (ESO) is required as the minimum educational qualification. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training Degree in industrial fields such as Machining, Maintenance, or Electromechanics is highly desirable. At least one year of prior experience in industrial plant environments or the metal sector is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and firm commitment to all applicable industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Availability to work rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night shifts—from Monday to Friday—is required, as is possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
