If so, you're in luck—we are currently seeking an **Accounting Administrative Assistant** for one of our companies located in Lleida. Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing invoice and delivery note archives and destroying corresponding paper documents. * Placing office supply orders and managing printed paper stock. * In applicable cases, managing bread donation procedures. * Receiving courier deliveries. * Performing customer invoicing. * Maintaining customer records regarding credit risk. * Conducting customer factoring and supplier confirming, along with their accounting registration. * Processing supplier payment transfers, payment scheduling, asset activation, and fixed asset control. * Managing customer collections and reviewing payments from delinquent accounts. * Bank statement reviews, transaction accounting, and reconciliation. * Providing customers with balance information required for form 347 filing and any other needs arising during their financial audits. * Reviewing bank entries, recording transactions, and analyzing statistics. * Tasks related to month-end closing. * Leasing, loan, and policy control. * Cash accounting, processing payments and collections, and monthly cash counts. * Management of CESCE files. * Preparation, verification, and recording of taxes and mandatory payment forms. **Requirements** -------------- **REQUIRED:** * Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar. * Desirable: At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in office software tools (Microsoft Office suite). * Residence in the province where the vacancy is located. **WE OFFER:** * An interesting position offering professional development opportunities. * Continuous on-the-job training. * Salary according to candidate qualifications. * Full-time hours. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, split shift.
