We are a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-denominational organization working to improve the living conditions of people in situations of vulnerability. We are currently seeking a Lawyer for our psychological support service at our minors’ center in Peralta de la Sal, Huesca.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing information, guidance, legal advice, and assistance to program beneficiaries on immigration-related matters.
Supporting and monitoring administrative procedures.
Drafting legal documents and appeals.
Supporting and monitoring consular procedures.
Coordinating with other ACCEM services and programs, as well as with other public and private entities.
Designing, planning, preparing, and delivering workshops on immigration legislation applicable to the program’s target population.
Recording service provision data in ACCEM’s IT applications.
Assisting in the preparation of documents or reports, technical justification reports, or other required materials.
Performing other tasks stipulated for the implementation of the program.
Offer includes:
* Indefinite-term contract.
* Full-time employment (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, night)
**Profile:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Specific training and/or experience in immigration law.
Ability to work effectively in teams.
Negotiation and mediation skills.
Organizational and problem-solving capacity.
Proficiency in oral and written communication.
Prior experience working with migrant populations, refugees, or unaccompanied foreign minors will be valued.
Experience delivering workshops/information sessions for migrant populations, refugees, or unaccompanied foreign minors will be valued.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
Knowledge of foreign languages—English, French, Arabic—will be valued.
Possession of a Disability Certificate (disability level ≥33%) is desirable.
Valid driver’s license.
