Bo Growth is seeking a Java Developer to join a Spanish technology company with international expansion prospects, where you will participate in the development and evolution of software platforms used by clients across various industries. This is a technically robust, stable environment focused on product quality, where teams work closely and collaboratively on long-term projects. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Development and evolution of backend applications in Java. * Maintenance and enhancement of existing functionalities, as well as development of new features. * Identification and resolution of technical incidents. * Working with SQL databases and optimizing queries. * Participation in the technical definition of new features alongside the team. * Development and maintenance of technical documentation. * Collaboration with other technical roles within an agile environment. **What are we looking for?** * University degree (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.). * Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in Java development. * Passion for software design and algorithm analysis. * Interest/experience in multithreaded development and synchronization. * Experience in debugging and testing. * Proficiency with resource monitoring tools for CPU and memory. * Interest in HPC (High-Performance Computing). * Knowledge of SQL-based BDD. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Desirable:** * Development and debugging using Eclipse. * Operating systems: Linux/Windows. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Flexible start and end times + intensive hours on Fridays and during summer. * Hybrid work model (initially on-site). * Office located in Madrid (Cuatro Caminos area). * Professional support and continuous training.
