Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile) are especially valued, as well as proficiency with tools and technologies such as DevSecOps for process automation, UI/UX, Data Layer, Cloud, Oracle, Microservices, and strong familiarity with ITIL v4\.
