Job Request ID: 24845 Country: Spain Position Location: Bizkaia Technology Park, Building 902 Derio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48160 **Customer Service Manager \- Installations (F/M/X)****Position Objective** : Coordinate and manage the tactical relationship with customers from the Installations BU (Spain, Mexico, and India). **Your main responsibilities:*** Primary escalation point for primary customer focal points. * Ensure proper development of the tactical customer relationship, appropriate reporting in terms of quantity and quality. Monitor incident resolution when issues arise. * Understand, analyze, and coordinate the introduction of customer demand into the system. * Coordinate the launch of new programs in collaboration with other areas. * Ensure on-time deliveries and achievement of sales plans. * Lead delivery/recovery plans (process, timing, quality) with plants. * Establish management mechanisms enabling adequate tracking of ongoing projects and reporting to customers. * Promote and support Customer Business Reviews / MBRs. * Lead customer reviews regarding capacity loading and OTD.
