




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer with a strong focus on workflow analysis and metrics, responsible for implementing continuous improvement programs and developing solutions to prevent quality risks through digitalization. Key Highlights: 1. Management and implementation of the UMS Continuous Improvement Program in Quality. 2. Development of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in Quality-Production. 3. Proposal of solutions for quality risks through digitalization and AI. **Job Title: Quality Process Engineer - UMS** **Function: Quality** **ROLE / POSITION** Manage and implement the UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System) Continuous Improvement Program in the plant’s Quality area. This is a position with a strong emphasis on workflow analysis, performance metrics, and data (Statistical Process Control). Will propose and develop solutions to prevent quality risks in finished products through digitalization. **RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS** * Implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program (TPM/WCM/UMS). * Development of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in the Quality-Production domain. * Propose and develop solutions to prevent quality risks in finished products through digitalization, data analysis, and automation: e.g., Traceability Control System; H2OK (CIP optimization via AI). * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation associated with processes, internal Work Instructions to ensure compliance with defined standards, OPL (One Point Lesson), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), technical specifications, and training. **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or other engineering disciplines) with focus on modeling, statistics, or control. A Master’s degree in “Control, Instrumentation and Optimization of Industrial Processes” is highly desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role, working on Continuous Improvement and/or processes within the industrial sector/plant production environment. * Advanced proficiency in data analysis within digitalization environments. * **English:** High level, both spoken and written (equivalent to B2 or demonstrated practical proficiency). * Advanced proficiency in IT and/or digital tools: Windows, Office, Internet, Power BI, AI. * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC/CEP).
