The Credit \& Collection Coordinator is responsible for minimizing Sibelco's exposure to credit risk and improve working capital through the continuous reduction in customer overdues considering Sibelco's policy and processes. In this role you will report to the Credit \& Collection Manager. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing and executing the collection efforts and customer contact for the accounts\-receivable portfolio * Reviewing credit limits and approving limits * Working with rating agencies and credit insurance company * Blocking and unblocking customer orders/accounts according to the Credit \& Collection guidelines * Reviewing the initial setup of any collateralization instruments offered to customers * Preparing and reviewing accounts receivable reports and alerts * Monitoring payment terms and Commercial compliance to the Sibelco customer payment term policy * Collaborating with Commercial and Customer Service in the maintenance and management of their portfolios * Recommending monthly provisions for specific and doubtful debts to Accounting \& Control * Supporting with the resolution of disputes including managing any legal reclaim actions against customers * Cash Allocation follow – up * Coordinating Credit \& Collection projects \& improvements * Motivating and evaluating team members to enhance team collaboration **About you:** We are seeking a proactive, results\-driven and customer orientated professional who brings both confidence and diplomacy to their work.
