Description
The position involves managing the metal sheet bending process to produce cylindrical shells — tubular components used across various industrial sectors. The person assigned will ensure that machines are always supplied with the necessary materials and that production proceeds without interruptions, following team leader instructions. They must also coordinate with other departments to ensure materials and parts meet specified deadlines and technical requirements. This is a role demanding order, precision, and attention to detail, as the final product quality depends on these tasks. Additionally, the workplace must be kept clean and safe, adhering to protocols for handling heavy machinery, and any incidents must be reported through established channels. A proactive attitude toward proposing improvements will also be highly valued.
Working hours are organized into rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Salary complies with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The contract is temporary, initially intended to cover a staff absence, with potential extension depending on company activity. Necessary personal protective equipment for safe work will be provided.
Demonstrable experience operating sheet metal roll bending machines and in industrial sheet metal fabrication processes is required. Practical knowledge of semi-automatic welding and the ability to interpret technical specifications such as WPS are essential. Familiarity with electromagnetic cranes and C-hooks, as well as quality control tools like templates and squares, will be considered advantageous. Vocational training in mechanical manufacturing or a related field is mandatory.
