We have offices in **Terrassa (Barcelona), Alicante, and Madrid**, and operate nationwide, supporting our clients from project conception through to execution. **What We’re Looking For** We are incorporating a **draftsperson / project designer** to join our **technical office team** in Terrassa (Barcelona), located less than 1 minute from the FGC Terrassa Centre station. We seek a **proactive individual eager to learn and grow professionally**, accustomed to teamwork and residing in the province of Barcelona. **Your Responsibilities** * Preparation of **plans and graphic documentation** for preliminary, basic, execution, and activity projects. * Development and updating of **technical drawings**, based on guidelines provided by the architecture and engineering team. * **Basic measurements and budgets** linked to projects. * Support in **project drafting** (preliminary, basic, and execution projects), with the possibility of progressively assuming greater responsibility. * Collaboration in **administrative procedures**: permits, official requirements, and documentation submitted to public authorities. * Support in the **preparation of tenders and bids**\- Although your initial role will focus on **drafting and technical support**, Boreal Ingeniería offers a genuine path for **professional development** toward tasks with greater responsibility. **Requirements** * Education in Technical Architecture, Engineering, Architecture, or **Vocational Training (FP) in Drafting**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Office, Presto and/or Arquímedes** (MS Project is a plus). * Availability for full-time, exclusive dedication and immediate start. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technical offices within the industrial or retail sector. * Knowledge of **technical and urban planning regulations**. * Experience handling procedures with public administrations. **What We Offer** * **Immediate incorporation** into a growing company. * **Professional growth**: opportunity for internal progression and assuming roles such as construction manager. * **Competitive compensation**, commensurate with your experience and profile. * **Reimbursement of commuting expenses.** **How to Apply** If you want to grow with us, please send your CV to **administracion@borealingenieria.com**, with the subject line: *Draftsperson Project Designer Position*.
